Fighting the Death Penalty

Scott has significant experience with death-penalty and death-eligible cases. He has represented clients during various phases of their cases, including post-conviction.

He stays current in the field, participating in events such as the Annual National Federal Habeas Corpus Seminar (NHS), which caters to attorneys interested in representing death-sentenced individuals on federal collateral review.
